Welcome to Spencer’s Gourmet Beef Jerky! We take pride in our 97% Fat FREE, NO nitrate, NO MSG, low sodium, preservative FREE line of jerky products. Created in a state of the art facility we use USDA choice beef and the freshest of ingredients to produce the finest jerky ever. After marinating for 4 days its time to rack em’ up and from our jerky ovens to your mouth we deliver distinctive flavors that range from spicy to sweet and tasty combinations that will knock you off your feet!

Our Story
When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. So what happens when life gives you a dehydrator? If you are a gourmet foodie like me, it’s time to get down and creative. What started as a hobby has quickly turned into a fun and popular venture, which has spread like wildfire. It would have been simple enough to make basic everyday jerky but where’s the challenge in that?! I refuse to conform and so does my jerky, so I sought to make flavors that are unique and original. Like a mad scientist in his lab, trial and error (along with some minor explosions) quickly delivered me the first of many popular flavors: Sweet and Spicy Orange beef jerky! After overwhelming feedback from friends, family and coworkers; the demand eventually outweighed supply and I knew it was time to take production to the next level.I love jerky and I love the conquest of creating something delicious for the world to enjoy!
